• Mozambique spitting cobra (Naja Mossambica))

SAVP remains the only producer of a monovalent antivenom effective against the bite of the Boomslang (Dispholidus typus).

An antivenom for the Exotic Saw-Scaled Viper (Echis ocellatus / pyramidum) is also produced.

2. Spider Antivenom: Our spider antivenom is raised against the venom of Latrodeeeectus indistinctus.

3. Scorpion Antivenom: Our scorpion antivenom is active against the venom of Parabuthus transvaalicus.
